Disappointed with product.
Purchased 2 pair of Isotoner slippers from a store, not long ago. They are already losing their cushioning, in only a short period of time. Will never buy again, and was hoping if any resolution can be done.

Greetings! I received a pair of Isotoner gloves two years ago from a friend. Last year when I pulled them off the inside lining came out and I tried over and over to push each finger ling back into the glove but I am a senior with arthritis and I was unable to do it. I asked a friend who couldn't do it either. Would it be possible to get an address label to send the gloves to you and get a new pair or if they can be repaired I will gladly take them back. The gloves are blue and I only wear them with my blue jacket which is not often but I really like these soft gloves but they've been in my drawer last winter and now again this year. You did not send any confirmation email for this purchase, so I do not have any information except my memory. I received a product that I thought it was a set of hat and tube scarf in blush color. What I received was only a scarf (A30509WBL1SG). Now I found out that what I ordered was only a scarf. I would like to order the hat if you have it. I might have to return the scarf if you do not have the hat. The picture you advertised was a set of hat and scarf. I think It is very misleading. Please call Kay at 585576****. ASAP.
