I purchased Isotoner ballet style slippers that say they’re washable, but they shrunk when they got wet. I hadn’t even washed or dried them yet.

Preferred solution: I would like a replacement for these slippers: Black, size 5, ballet style Isotoner slippers.

My slippers are falling apart after two weeks

And they are falling apart I can send you a picture of them. Thank you

Next day shipping , i've yet to have a tracking number
my order was on the 17th of this month and i still don't have a tracking number even though i paid for next day shipping.

To ask if they have a certain slipper anywhere
I cant find the slipper Ive loved for years!!!

Resolved: Missing package
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I emailed isotoner directly and they responded with two options; to replace or refund.
I chose replace.
It took exactly 3 days to receive my order. I received it today.
Fedex sent my package to the wrong address today. I cant get in touch with a live person to speak to.
I cant get in touch with a live person at isotoner to acknowledge my loss.
Im out $48.11. How can you help.?

Greetings!
I received a pair of Isotoner gloves two years ago from a friend. Last year when I pulled them off the inside lining came out and I tried over and over to push each finger ling back into the glove but I am a senior with arthritis and I was unable to do it.
I asked a friend who couldn't do it either.
Would it be possible to get an address label to send the gloves to you and get a new pair or if they can be repaired I will gladly take them back.
The gloves are blue and I only wear them with my blue jacket which is not often but I really like these soft gloves but they've been in my drawer last winter and now again this year.

You did not send any confirmation email for this purchase, so I do not have any information except my memory. I received a product that I thought it was a set of hat and tube scarf in blush color.
What I received was only a scarf (A30509WBL1SG). Now I found out that what I ordered was only a scarf. I would like to order the hat if you have it. I might have to return the scarf if you do not have the hat.
The picture you advertised was a set of hat and scarf. I think It is very misleading. Please call Kay at 585576****.

Disappointed with product.
Purchased 2 pair of Isotoner slippers from a store, not long ago. They are already losing their cushioning, in only a short period of time. Will never buy again, and was hoping if any resolution can be done.

Isotoner www. has one pair of fingerless XL gloves.
Just needed shipping charges before ordering. Found provided phone #. Automated only said for convenience I needed to go to customer care @ Totes!?!? Not my convenience, for sure.
Im 80 years old, have lots of issues, typing, thinking, understanding, & falling, to name a few. First time Ive found XL. Sorry, I couldnt find the shipping cost before I paid.
Is it just methats sorry? I guess so.

Tried to return house shoes that they sent was wrong size!! Emailed and tried to get in touch with customer care with out any response back!!!
